Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer

Description:

Kat Von D Tatoo Concealer is  is a heavy duty, highly pigmented, transfer- and water-resistant, multitasking concealer.  It is a creamy, blendable concealer that provides excellent, customizable coverage. This is an extremely long-lasting concealer, especially when you follow the standard steps of applying concealer in which you prep the skin, dab on concealer, blend edges, and set with powder.

Pros:
  • Covers very well
  • Non-drying
  • Blendable
  • Neutral smell
  • Conceals almost anything from scars, redness to acne
  • Will last the whole day
Cons:
  • POOR colour selection
  • Not that good packaging
  • It's heavy so if you don't have horrible dark circles, scarring or redness, I don't recommend this, or if you really want to, just use a little amount to the areas which you think need more coverage.
  •  Expensive
Skin Types:
  • Dry to Combination skin ( If you have a very oily skin, better set this with a powder because this product itself is very liquidy.
  • I believe, people who have acne- prone skin can use this because there are no harsh chemicals in the product, it is at least paraben and oil free so it is safe for acne but this concealer doesn't have any active ingredient to cure acne.
Tips for Using:
  • Put the product on your hand first then kind of mix it on the back of your hand for it to it warm up then use a concealer brush for a better control of the product (you don't want to look cakey and who can crack anytime soon :P)
  • You can mix it with a moisturizer if it's too heavy for you, I don't recommend mixing it with a lightweight concealer just for the reason that it may thicken the product more and also, with concealers, it is very hard to look for something with exactly the same color as the Kat von d concealer.
Price:
  • It's is kinda pricy, I believe i bought mine for CAD 40 including taxes.
Where To Buy:
  • Sephora, Amazon and eBay.
